The K’Nex Forum has slowly grown since it opened last summer. The models database now features over 40 models, and the new Instructions and Tutorials database has just made its debut. Earlier this fall, we completed our first contest, the Kickoff Contest, which was won by member Kairah with his model KKTv01. Our new contest will be beginning very soon, will be holiday themed.

The goal of the K’Nex Forum is to create a fun, enjoyable environment in which users can share their K’Nex creations, receive feedback, and explore new possibilities in how K’Nex can be used. If an environment cannot be obtained, the goal of the site will have failed. I am not concerned with how big or little the site is or how it stacks up against others. This is just a place I created because K’Nex has always been a hobby of mine and it is one of the few toys out there that shares a close link with engineering, a field I am currently majoring in.
